Kulekhani has a famous reservoir type lake. The lake stretches 7km and is surrounded by many beautiful farm lands and Nepali villages rich with ethnic cultures and diversity. The road is 90% blacktopped. The ride to Kulekhani is absolutely enjoyable with great scenery and well preserved jungles. Lunch will be near the lake with a local Nepali family who will prepare fresh fish from the lake. We continue towards a beautiful village of Chitlang rich in farming cultures. This is where during 1950s Nepal's first car was carried all the way and reassembled in Kathmandu. We ride down to Thankot via Tistung from where we will re-enter back to the city. Expect heavy traffic when we re-enter the city during the last 10km.
